she was spectacular
the scenery and costumes so beautiful
we went into san francisco, first stop kate's closet and collage gallery - both shops look great - picked up a little purse (gift) and wrist warmer(me) - mary gifted me a cocoa mint candle that smells divine and "bites of heaven" from cork n'andy's - the name says it all
from there, downtown to parking on 7th? right behind bloomingdale's back entrance! are people actually spending $850 for a down vest? macy's gets praise for snow coming down when you exit/enter their store - looking up at the street lights, it looked like the real thing. they also had doggies for adoption in their window - lenny said he had a free hand to carry one

the christmas tree in union square next to the ice skating rink is like a little oasis - unusual but fun to hear a guy playing bagpipes
in full scottish dress
the orpheum is situated in the middle of the tenderloin district which butts up against market street and union square - walk these few city blocks and you get a glimpse of what life is like from one end of the spectrum to the other - an incredibly wide gap, i must say.

well - i didn't get to the garden, but i did get some practice on wordpress - a client has me working on her blog on her website built with wordpress!
